In July 2020, Tsuda University signed an academic and student exchange agreement with Vietnam National University, Hanoi, University of Languages & International Studies (ULIS). This is the first agreement with a university in Vietnam for Tsuda University. ULIS was founded in 1955 as a foreign language teacher training institution and became part of the National University of Vietnam in 1993. With programs from the undergraduate to the PhD level, it is a research university offering courses in the social sciences and humanities, including language teaching, linguistics, and international relations courses. We will use this agreement as an opportunity to promote active exchanges.
